Please read these terms together with your personalised itinerary, quotation and invoice before making payment.
Ask us a question ↗All itineraries and prices are subject to availability until the required payment has been received and the booking is confirmed in writing. A quotation is based on the dates, party size, services and exchange assumptions stated in it.
The deposit amount, payment deadline and final balance date will be stated on your quotation or invoice. A reservation is not confirmed until Safari Addicts has received the required funds and issued written confirmation.
Cancellation and amendment conditions will be stated in your confirmed quotation. Supplier charges, permits, flights and other non-refundable services may affect the amount recoverable. Requests must be made in writing.
Guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive insurance from the time of booking, including cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, travel disruption and personal belongings.
Remote travel is affected by weather, flood levels, road conditions, wildlife movements, park instructions and operational safety. Safari Addicts may adjust routes, activities, campsites or timing when reasonably necessary, while protecting the character of the journey wherever possible.
Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. Water activities, walking, night drives and other experiences operate only when local conditions, permits and safety requirements allow.
Guests must disclose relevant medical, mobility, dietary or other needs before confirmation. Each traveller is responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, medication and compliance with entry requirements.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions from guides, camp staff, pilots, boat operators and park authorities. Safari Addicts may decline an activity when participation would create an unreasonable risk.
Flights, lodges, transfers and specialist activities may be supplied by independent operators and remain subject to their own conditions. Safari Addicts will assist guests when disruption occurs but cannot control every third-party service.
